How can I pay?
Contactless payments and BACS are accepted.
Cancellations
24 hours' notice is required. Failure to give 24 hours will result in a 100% charge for treatments. Payment in full for training courses is required at the time of booking to secure your place and is non-refundable.
Opening hours
Monday - Friday: 10 am- 3 pm - Regretfully, evening and weekend
appointments unavailable.
Credentials
If you would like to see my qualifications, please ask. I am fully qualified, licensed, regulated and insured.
What can I expect?
I pride myself on a warm, ambient environment where you will feel calm and at ease. I find we all learn better if we are relaxed and happy.
To confirm your training course, I will need your prefered dates and 100% of the course fee. A week before your course I will send you your course material via email.
On the day please arrive 10 minutes before the course is due to commence with your lunch, in a therapy tunic with notebook and pen/ ipad.
I will provide complimentary hot and cold beverages.
All my courses are at certificate level and do not require formal exams but may include assignments and summative questions. Practical, verbal and in some cases written assessments and case studies will be required.
At the end of the course, providing you are competent, you will recieve your fully insurable accredited training certificate to take away with you.
At all times I want you to feel comfortable and your dignity and modesty protected, every effort is taken by myself to ensure this is carried out from start to finish.

Whom do I treat?
Male and female clients, along with children, are welcome. However, children under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian along with a written letter of consent and must be willing to countersign/sign on behalf of the client. I wish to add that this is strictly a holistic medical practice, and I reserve the right to refuse treatment. I will not tolerate any request of an indecent nature or entertain intimidating behaviour. Your modesty and dignity will be upheld at all times.
